HOW DID WE GET HERE? COND INTO CON-SUMERISM

In recent studies it is shown that our populations general happiness has been on the decline since the 1950's, this is the same time that consumerism exploded, interesting? I think not! Our society has more stuff than ever before but less time for the things that really make us happy, such as friends, family and leisure time. What do we do with our leisure time? The majority of leisure time is spent watching TV, and shopping. TV dictates to us we need to go

buy tomake us happy... so we get up, go to work and make money to buy more and more, even though we don't seem to be getting happier with the more consumption that takes place. This is where it needs to end. We need to ban together as a society and take back control of our well-being!
