This website and all the pages are designed to work best when using version 5.0 or higher* of either a Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari

Mac Users: When selecting a design from a page of thumbnails, I often present you links to the "Next" page or to go "Back" to the previous page of thumbnails. Because of the way Microsoft's Internet Explorer for Mac and the AOL browser on a Mac "cache" (save for reuse) web page addresses, these links will not work the second time you click them. Simple solution: when the link fails, hit your browser's "refresh" button.

Enables you to view online animations and provides increased interactivity. Download the FREE plug-in from the Macromedia website.

 

* JavaScript

 

JavaScript allows web page authors to incorporate added functionality in their web pages, e.g.: shopping carts and forms. Nearly every site uses JavaScript to include navigation buttons that change when you point your mouse at them. On this website, I mainly use JavaScript to open "pop-up" windows. These windows pop-up to display online help files without taking you away from the very page you need help on.

The cookies I use do not collect any personally identifying information about you without your permission. Example: as you create a demo website, I use cookies to show you the page you created and not someone else's demo page.

 

* Proxy Cache

 

When a Web page is requested by someone using the AOL browser, a copy of the page is saved to the AOL server. If it is requested again within 24 hours, the saved server copy is used instead of connecting again to the page's source.
