A large part of this assistance takes the form of web development initiatives and electronic resource management. This is accomplished by trouble shooting online resource issues and web development related management activities. Project management, full scale website development (deployment & maintenance, image design & production), the delivery of training courses and educational materials and being the first point of contact for faculty, staff and students as they encounter online issues to acquiring electronic access to meet their research goals are all major aspects of his day.
