Added a drop-down menu for the the style sheet switcher by smashing together Mark Pilgrim's great snippet of code for the menu, and Paul Sowden's great tutorial on ALA. It turns out that finding a good example of a way to implement a switcher with menus is not so easy. (Especially when you don't know javascript). Many thanks Mark.
