Oct '28 (4:20p.m.) : Cold, I'm cold..
I want to be a university professor, because then I can spend a weekend at some foreign city for the sake of my students! Basically that's what my professoressa did this past weekend when she flew all the way to Berlin to do some on-site architectural research for one of her classes. Was it really necessary? Probably not, but hey, when you are a professor and has the money to do it, why the hell not?

My floor has officially adopted their own online forum. I mean, seeing each other everyday just isn't enough anymore! There has to be an online community where we can socialize in the middle of the night behind closed doors. Funny thing, I don't know why and how, but Sorbara First has officially become the rebel floor. As of now we have probably pissed off various people (including the Dean of Loretto when she came over for house dinner the other night) when singing Dan and some others challenged these authoirities (namely Don Marc) for having banned them singing loudly as a group in the Canada Room. Neo even personally sent an email to Duane expressing his discontent. College life is good.

Oct '16 (01:16a.m.) : Watch the seasons change
I just spent the last hour or so laying on my bed and starring at the sky outside. It's the full moon tonight, and rather cloudy. You know how in animes/movies there is always the person who would stare to the moon/sky/star on a cloudy day when suddenly the clouds part and the moon beams like crazy and something good (or bad) would happen? I was expecting something interesting to happen but of course, nothing ever does. Just why can't life be more movie-like? I wanna see monsters running about and japanese girl assassins to run rampent ly killing everthing in sight?! I guess until then, I'll just continue to lay on my bed and stare into nothingness.

Lately I have been constantly feeling hungry; it is very likely because I hardly eat properly anymore. Why? Well, because the cafe sucks, period. I just sort of decided that I will be selective on when I actually want to go eat in the Canada Room, usually breakfast if I happen to be up, 'cuz they can't screw up ham and eggs. Some would argue it's a waste of money.. well it is, but I can't help it. The strategy now is either I go eat out more often and spend a lot on food, or just don't eat; I can't tell which is worst. Sooner or later I'll need a part-time job to sustain my eating habits.. -sigh- Anyway, speaking of food, if anyone happens to be interested in trying out Red Lobster's "Endless Shrimp" deal for $17.99, I would advice you just buy your own portions with that money and cook it yourself. You'd be more satisfied thats's for sure. Or just spend $17.99 on beer and get drunk and pretend the next day you ate shrimp the night before.

Oct '04 (00:26a.m.) : Avoiding the essay at all cost?!
I ought to be writing my essay right now but I am not, and I suppose essay is a bit of an exaggeration since it's only 2-3 pages long. So what am I doing with my precious time: browsing turkey recipes online, of all things. Well before you start thinking I'm obsessed with food - well I am, but to the extend of reading online recipes for pure entertainment not so - there is a reason behind it. As you should know, Canadian Thanks-giving is this coming weekend, and most people will be going home to celebrate this supposedly important holiday with families and what not. Then there are those of us who don't live close to home, so Ken suggested we make a turkey dinner for ourselves at his place. It's a great idea really, either we will have eatable (edible? which one is correct?) turkey with sides, or we will just order take-out that wouldn't be burnt or taste like crap. Now let's just hope Ken didn't make any last minute changes and made reservations with his Siena posse .

Okay, I should really go back to finishing my last page, its a little reseach report on the Grocers' Company in London. It ties back to English Baroque Architecture, so no I haven't switched my major to Commerce and I'm still dealing with Art Histry here..
